Offseason Pro will assist in your team workout. Choose music from the devices playlist, and configure the settings before starting the workout. An audible cadence will let the lifters know what lift/set they are on. The app also displays the amount of time that has elapsed for the current part of the workout.
As part of the full version, users can choose an alternate background provided in the in-app gallery, or upload their own from the camera or camera roll.
